Overdentures as Treatment Modality Course with Lecture and Hands-on Practice

The two hours course will include a didactic lecture regarding diagnosis and treatment planning full arch restorations with implant overdenture patients, restorative procedures related to overdentures with hand-on practice. Tap into a new revenue source with medical billing for dentistry. Learn to identify cases that are covered by medical insurance, understand what questions to ask, and how to help patients get the treatment needed. Nearly every code in dentistry can be billed to medical with the right knowledge and tools.
Course attendees will need to bring two cases to work on during the course. This includes exam notes, dental procedure codes, a copy of the patient’s medical insurance card, and their complete health history to bill the cases to medical insurance.

Laurie brings over 18 years of experience in educating dental practices on billing medical insurance and the techniques to get claims paid. She believes that patients should be able to utilize their medical insurance for procedures due to oral systemic conditions. Through on-site training, medical billing courses, Seattle Study Club lectures, AADOM meetings, national dental meetings, ADA & AAOMS recording modules, and follow-up consulting, Laurie has assisted dental practices in successfully billing medical insurance to collect benefits that would have otherwise been unclaimed. Her training on medical billing has increased practice revenue and patient satisfaction.
In addition to our exceptional patient care spaces, Smile Rehab Centers, from its inception, was designed to house a state-of-the-art training facility.
