Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Dr. Bay received her dental degree from the Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry. After practicing in Turkey for several years, she immigrated to the United States to pursue an advanced education program in prosthodontics at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University.
Since then, she completed advanced training from some of the top organizations in the country, including the Pankey Institute and The Dawson Academy, She also completed the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxi-Course focused on topics such as implant dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, temporomandibular (TMJ) disorders, occlusion and sleep apnea.
Dr. Bay is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontists and a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists.
