About Our Dental Implant Center – Southlake, TX
Renew Your Smile Without the Wait

Our mission is to help people struggling with extensive tooth loss recover their health, confidence, and appearance in record time using the latest technology and techniques. Smile Rehab Centers revolutionizes the full arch dental implant process so that a patient can go from surgery to new teeth in just one appointment, with the entire treatment process only taking as little as 8 weeks in total. We’ve designed a process that is fast, comfortable, and has already delivered life-changing results for our patients.
Individualized Dental Care
The most important part of the Smile Rehab Centers process is personalization. Your custom full arch prosthesis will be specifically designed to fit your mouth and jawbone so that it not only looks great and remains stable, but is safeguarded against breaks and other future complications as well. You’ll have a chance to approve your final look way before you actually receive your prosthesis, and we’ll tailor our approach to ensure you enjoy the journey from your consultation to your restored smile.
Experienced Dental Professionals
When you get a dental implant prosthesis at other dental offices, your teeth may be designed by a dentist with minimal dental implant experience and fabricated by an unseen lab technician using unknown materials. At Smile Rehab Centers, we eliminate all of these uncertainties. Our doctors are highly trained prosthodontists – dentists with an additional 3 years of advanced training rebuilding and replacing teeth using CAD/CAM dentistry with a CAD/CAM Specialist. They will be with you every step of the way, allowing you to enjoy peace of mind.
The Latest Dental Technology
When you come in for your Smile Rehab Centers consultation, we won’t simply take an X-ray and call it a day. Rather, we will use a CBCT scanner to create a highly detailed 3D image of your entire mouth, including your teeth, jawbones, and adjacent bony structures. This will allow us to view the quality of your bone and determine the best way to position your implants to provide maximum comfort and stability for your new teeth. We’ll even scan your face to provide an instant preview of what you’ll look like with your new teeth so you can approve your future appearance, helping you look forward to the future. From there, your new teeth will be designed using computer-assisted design/manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology to make sure that every little detail is perfect before you receive it.
